The passion and love of the land has been passed down from "Don Pino" to his children and grandchildren, where all three generations collaborate in a marriage of tradition and modernity in the recently restored winery in Marsala, on Sicily's western coast. The grapes are harvested manually to avoid oxidation and are treated with the best viticulture techniques in order to maximize the qualities of each wine. The connection to the land is reiterated by the choice of having monovarietal wines of native Sicilian varieties. As the winemaker Laudicina says: "the company 's goal is to transfer the uniqueness of Sicily to Baglio Oro wines."
