The 19th Hole is pale and intense with fresh white tropical fruit and notes of freshly cut grass on the nose. This wine is clean, fruity and elegant with a medium-body contributed to its aging in lees.
Hand-harvested grapes receive cold maceration with the skins, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 59ºF. This wine undergoes an aging on lees for three months in stainless steel tanks.
Our vineyards consist of poor limestone terraces with clay-calcareous rocks that appears in zones. These terraces are mostly made up of sandstones and marls with origins in the Quaternary era. North-West oriented white vines terraces vary in altitude between 650 m. And 800 m.
