Medium-high ruby color with hints of cherry red on the rim. Complex aroma of fruits with an underlying subtle scent of oak. Fresh sensation in the mouth and smooth on the palate with notes of sweet fruit, a touch of balsamic with soft tannins and long finish.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature by applying gentle daily stirring in order to enhance the extraction of color and aromas. Aged in American oak barrels for 12 months followed by three months in bottle before releasing.
Pairs perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine, roasted or grilled red meats, stews, fish in tomato sauce, grilled vegetables, sausages, pâté and semi-cured cheeses.
