This pale and aromatic wine offers a nose full of tropical fruit and white flower essences. It is fresh and clean on the palate with a lingering mineral-driven finish.
Grapes from 10 year old vines are directly pressed. Fermentation lasts for 5-7 days in stainless steel in tanks at a temperature of 77°F.
Our vineyards are orientated to the midday sun and protected from the spring frosts. This orientation as well as good ventilation protects the vines from the strong summer heats producing agreeable and fresh grapes. Vineyard soils are sandy with average fertility and rich in active limestone, have a significant clay base and a high content of large stones which makes the grapes permeable and fresh.
This wine pairs with shellfish, light white fish, fowl and rice dishes. Serve this wine between 41ºF and 48ºF.
