Fruity and intense aromas of fresh peach and apple compliment essences of chrysanthemum and lily. This wine is medium-bodied on the palate with a nice line of mineral and acidity in the mid-palate.
Our grapes undergo soft pressing and short maceration exposure with the skins. An immediate separation of the must with fermentation at controlled temperatures of 59°F, preservation in thermoconditioned inox tanks and cold bottling allowing us to achieve balance and stabilization in the finished wine.
Our vineyards are located on an ancient hill consisting of gravelly soils. This hill is 300 meters high in rolling moraine of the Eastern shores of Lake Garda.
This wine pairs perfectly with light fish, poultry and lemon or cream based sauces. Serve at 50°F.
