Intense red color with purple reflexes. Fragrant aroma typical of ripe fruit, blackberry and raspberry jam. Freshness on the palate with a floral finish, this is a full-bodied, balanced and structured wine.
The grapes arrive in the cellar and are immediately pressed with a horizontal press. The pressed juice is sent to maceration in controlled temperature tanks for ten days. The evolution of tannins and total acidity is constantly monitored. After careful tasting, it is bottled and put to rest for a period of about five months before being sold.
Drink chilled as an aperitif or with antipasto. Excellent also to accompany meat dishes such as braised or grilled rabbit, veal, or lamb.
