"Prestige" Corbières Blanc

A bright and luminous wine, pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with refreshing aromas of citrus, pear, apple, fennel, and anise with floral hints. A fleshy and generous mouthfeel presents beautiful minerality, elegance and finesse.




The 120 hectare estate, practices sustainable viticulture for the past 30 years, in the Appellation of Corbières, on the hills of Boutenac. The low, stony, pine-strewn hills face the heat of the sun, tempered strong, healthy winds from the northwest, and the wet wind from the sea. The climate is typically Mediterranean with a dry and hot summer. Rains are rare and unpredictable. The soil is a mix of pebbled earth, poor in organic matter but of great mineralogical diversity which aids in the aromatic complexity of the wines. 


Skin contact for 10 hours. Cold settling and slow, temperature controlled fermentation.

Tasting Notes

Equally versatile as a summertime aperitif, with grilled fish, seafood salads and shellfish as it is with richly flavored and spiced meat dishes. Serve at 55-60°. Drink within 1 to 3 years.
