Located in the village of Bué the vines of this 12 hectare estate are mostly growing on limestone, known as the famous “Terre Blanche” of Bué. A strict disbudding occurs during the spring that allows a homogenous allocation of vegetation and grapes per vine. |
Vinification |
Strict sorting after the harvest to keep the best matured grapes. One month of fermentation at thermo-regulated temperatures and aging on lees. Then bottling at the property from spring to summer. |

Coming from a family of wine growers for generations, Jean-Jacques Auchère took over the vineyards in 1987 to cultivate passionately 12 hectares of vines. It is with talent and dedication, that he’s seeking above all to elevate the Sauvignon grape. The aim here is to create freshness and typicity, yet accessible to all.
